01 · PEM Hydrogen Generators

HG-1000

1000 ml/min, the highest capacity

The largest capacity of the series: 1000 ml/min at full output and 700 ml/min for continuous consumption, for laboratories whose combined hydrogen demand outgrows the smaller models.

Overview

What this model does well

01

700 ml/min continuously

The full 1000 ml/min is available on demand; 700 ml/min is the figure to plan a continuous installation around.

02

Optional overflow control

With the HG-OFC kit, flow above the set point for more than 60 seconds stops generation and purges the oven or chamber with nitrogen through a three-port valve.

03

Tank level on the panel

Full, Med and Low LEDs read the three sensed levels; a blinking Low means the tank is empty and generation has stopped.

04

One monthly service visit

Every 30 days: change the water, clean the tank and change or regenerate the molecular sieve. The silica gel is regenerated whenever it has turned pink.
