Consumer dispute resolution

We sell exclusively to businesses, public institutions and research organisations, and are therefore not obliged to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law.
